We got a call to go to Chrsities today as Malcolm’s pain very bad and the hospital wanted him in. He was admitted this morning and this afternoon the doctor told us there was a problem with his stomach lining. We wait for the full results tomorrow but it is not looking good. More tears and fears today.  He is now back on drips, nil by mouth and laxitives.  More scans tomorow and more tests. And we wait.

A line from  a song is keeping me going tonight as I try to sleep after many  sleepless nights.” Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow.”  That is all I have left. Hope.

More  tomorow.

  1. Without God Icannot get through this. But I know that whatever the outcome all be well in this life and the next.
Some people believe Chrsitinaity is a sham and a crutch. All I can say is without God and prayer life is meaningless. Our lives mean something and we need to honour God with them
Thank you for prayer. Pray with outceasing because God hears and answers accordingly.

  2. You’re both so much in our thoughts and we send you our love. xx

  3. Beryl, thinking of you all and sending lots of love. X

  4. We are praying for you both Beryl. Hang on to Hope as best you can at this time and know that there are others holding you firmly before the throne of Grace. He knows the end from the beginning and through tears and fears in this broken world there is that bright hope that when all is done we have an eternal security that nothing can take away. That said, we are praying for the present right now x
